The WFTU Secretariat convened its regular meeting on July 11th, 2023 in its Headquarters in Athens Greece. The discussion was focused on the implementation of the 2023 Action Place which was adopted unanimously by the Presidential Council in the early of the year.
Moreover, the Secretariat discussed the global developments and the role of the class-oriented trade union movement, the education and training work of the WFTU as well as the new affiliation requests.
The WFTU will continue its militant and up-going course based on the Secretariat decisions in the framework of its ROME declaration.
