WFTU Condolence Message on the Passing of Comrade Elberto Cobos

The World Federation of Trade Unions expresses its deep sorrow for the passing away of comrade Elberto Cobos who dedicated his whole life to the strengthening of the class-oriented trade union movement and serving the interest of the working class and ordinary people through several leadership positions in the ranks of CNTP and FSM.

We express our sincere condolences to his colleagues, relatives, and friends and we are confident that the class-oriented trade union movement will honor his militant legacy with militant struggles for the emancipation of the working class and a human-centered society free of exploitation. WFTU Headquarters
