WFTU General Secretary visited today the embassy of Palestine in Cyprus and signed the Book of Condolences for the victims of the Al-Ahli Hospital, conveying the solidarity to the Ambassador, Mr. Attari, on behalf of the WFTU.
The message of the General Secretary:
“Sincere condolences on behalf of the 100 million members of the World Federation of Trade Unions, for the unjust and criminal loss of so many souls in Israel’s merciless bombing.
The Federation has been and remains at the side of the Palestinian people in their just struggle for freedom and dignity.
We condemn the hypocrisy of the dominant imperialist countries of the West, and all those who seek to portray the victims as perpetrators and the perpetrators as victims.
Solidarity forever!
