The Third WFTU Working Women’s World Congress, held in Dakar, Senegal on November 22 and 23, 2023, has successfully concluded.
Guided by the principles that guide the class-oriented trade union movement, the Third World Congress of Women debated and unanimously adopted the final declaration, taking another step forward in the struggles of the militant women of the world.
The Congress elected the new Women’s Committee of the WFTU, which is called upon to strengthen the struggle of the working women worldwide through the ranks of the class-oriented trade union movement.
The WFTU wishes every success to the new Committee, and expresses its confidence that the decisions taken at the Congress will be an important step in strengthening the daily struggles of the working women in every corner of the world!
