The demonstration was called against the stance of the company’s management to deny trade union officials access to the workplace, which is clearly provided for by the relevant legislation. All together to claim the inalienable and constitutionally guaranteed right of access of trade union officials to the workplaces and the constitutional right to organize.
The owners of the City of the Dreams casino resort are prohibiting working people’s trade union representatives from entering the premises and performing their duties. They are violating the worker’s right to be informed of their labor rights and to freely decide whether or not they want to be organized in a trade union.
PEO is present today in the worker’s struggle, outside the casino resort, demanding workers’ rights!
