The World Federation of Trade Unions received with great sadness the news of the death of our comrade, Michael Jerome, from TWU Local 100. He was a militant trade unionist, full supporter and participant with the World Federation of Trade Unions (WFTU).
Michael Jerome’s demise is a great loss for the World Federation of Trade Unions (WFTU) and the international class oriented trade union movement.
The WFTU wishes to express its full solidarity with his union, and its sincere condolences to his family, colleagues and friends. In honor of his memory, the WFTU promises to continue and strengthen our struggle for the emancipation of the workers.
