Two dams and four bridges collapsed in Derna, submerging much of the city when Storm Daniel hit on Sunday. About 10,000 people are reported missing, and the death toll is expected to rise further.

The WFTU demands implementation of immediate and adequate measures to ensure that no more lives will be lost and we demand the restoration and financial support of the affected areas and people.
