The WFTU expresses its full solidarity with the CGTP leader of the San Martin region, Henri Wuiliian Mena Salazar, arrested by the repressive forces and prisoner of the regime, and demands the immediate release of all prisoners imprisoned for their political and trade union activities.
The WFTU calls on its members to express their solidarity with the Peruvian people and the class unions of the country and to condemn the anti-democratic and authoritarian practices of the regime that continues to abuse power in a practical way.
