During the last day of the visit to the Middle East, the WFTU delegation, led by the Secretary General, Pambis Kyritsis, visited Lebanon.
During the visit, meetings were held with Abdulla Abd El Kadr and Ali Taher Yassine, leaders of the General Union of Palestinian Workers and the Lebanese Al Wafa respectively, as well as with other militants from Lebanon and Palestine.
In addition, the General Secretary of the WFTU, addressed a meeting in a Palestinian camp in Lebanon.
The visit confirmed once again the enduring and unconditional solidarity of the WFTU with the struggling people of the region!
